What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your message. Nothing else on the form is stored.
We also keep anonymous, aggregated page-view counts so we can see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.
How we use it
We use your enquiry to reply to you and, if an engagement follows, to carry out the client acceptance checks required of us as a professional firm.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not send marketing to anyone who has not asked for it.
Confidentiality
Information you send us in the course of a professional engagement is subject to the confidentiality obligations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal, in addition to anything stated here.
Please do not send financial statements, tax notices or citizenship documents through the enquiry form. Ask us for a secure transfer link first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Engagement records are kept for the period required by professional and statutory rules.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
