Service
Foreign Direct Investment
FDI approval, company setup and repatriation for foreign investors entering Nepal.
Foreign investment in Nepal works well when the paperwork is done in the right order: approval before incorporation, recording before remittance, and documentation that supports repatriation years later. We handle the sequence end to end.

Questions
Asked often enough to answer here.
Yes — lawfully invested and recorded capital can repatriate dividends and sale proceeds after taxes. The approvals hinge on the paper trail created at entry, which is why we insist on getting the recording right at the start.
Most are, but a negative list restricts some. Tell us the intended activity and we will confirm eligibility and the minimum capital requirement before you spend anything on setup.
